The court is using a very innovative program called PACER which allows you to review the documents which are filed in your case from the internet. Also, if you are a creditor, you may use this site to determine if someone has filed and then review their petition, schedules and all pleadings which have been filed in the case. Selected court opinions may be accessed through a search engine. There are also links for bankruptcy forms.
